How do I place an order?
When you select the items you want to purchase or the meetings you want to register for, click the Add to Cart button below the items you have chosen. Don't forget to make any necessary selections (for example, size, color, meal choice, etc) before clicking Add to Cart. If you want more than one of an item, simply change the Quantity in your shopping cart to the number you want, then click Update. When you are done shopping, click Checkout or Checkout with PayPal.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we charge for shipping. We use the U.S. Postal Service's Priority Mail to ensure prompt delivery of your order. Shipping is calculated at checkout. SCAFO members have the option of purchasing their items online, then picking up their order at the next SCAFO meeting. If a SCAFO member chooses this option, there is no charge for shipping (because we didn't ship anything!).

What is your return policy?
We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange. Please follow the following steps to return or exchange your purchase:
- Email us at scafostore@scafo.org with your name, phone number, date of purchase, the item you want to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange. We will send you the correct return address.

Pack the item in an appropriate box (preferably a Priority Mail box or similar box) and include a copy of your receipt or packing slip.

Ship the item to the address we gave you in the previous step. Remember that returns/exchanges are at your expense. You will need to pay for shipping the item back to us as well as us shipping any exchanged items back to you.
All items must be in new, unused condition and must have the orginal, undamaged packaging (not including the box we used to ship the to you) and any manuals or paperwork that was in the items box. If there is any question regarding the condition of a returned item, the SCAFO Board of Directors will make the final determination.

What is your privacy policy? Is your checkout process secure?
We do not gather your personal information for anything other than shipping your items to you and for contacting you about your purchase. We never see or have access to your credt card or bank account information. We will not use your personal information to solicit you in any way.
We use PayPal as our shopping cart provider. The PayPal shopping cart uses SSL encryption to ensure your security. When you go to your shopping cart to check-out, you will notice that the URL begins with https, indicating the site has SSL encryption.
